Privacy Policy

New York City Ticketing (“we,” “us,” or “this site”) is an independent travel and booking guide. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit newyorkcityticketing.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible: we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request personal details to browse the guide.
Information We Collect
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically receive standard technical information — IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring page — used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site.
- Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to measure aggregate visits. These tools may set cookies and collect the technical data described above. We do not use them to identify you personally.
- Affiliate referral tracking. When you click a booking link, our affiliate network sets a cookie so the third-party booking platform can attribute the referral and pay us a commission if you complete a booking. This cookie records the click, not your identity, and is governed by that network’s and the booking platform’s own privacy policies.
We do not directly collect names, email addresses, payment details, or other personal information, because bookings and payments happen entirely on the third-party booking platforms you are referred to — not on this site.
Third-Party Services
This site relies on a small number of third-party services:
- Hosting: our pages are served by our hosting provider (Vercel).
- Analytics: aggregate traffic measurement (e.g. Google Analytics), where enabled.
- Affiliate tracking: our affiliate network and the third-party booking platforms set referral cookies as described above.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies on this site are used for aggregate analytics and affiliate referral attribution. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the guide remains fully readable without them, though affiliate referrals may not be attributed.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your information. We honor these requests to the extent they apply to the limited data described above.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- EU/UK/EEA (GDPR). Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and may object to processing. Although this guide is intended for a U.S. audience, we extend these rights to international visitors.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for adults planning travel and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
